サイトンの調子がしばらくイマイチでしたが、Sciton Service engineering specialistのMr.Junさんがサイトンの本社のパロアルトから来てくれて、完全復活しました。
僕もレーザーの工学博士ですしある程度中身はわかってるつもりで、何度もお願いしてきたのですが、今までの日本の技術者は出来ないの一点張りだったんです。
やっぱり本社スタッフは優秀ですね!

The Sciton system hadn’t been performing well for a while, but Mr. Jun, a Sciton Service Engineering Specialist, came all the way from the company’s headquarters in Palo Alto, and now it’s been fully restored.
As someone with a PhD in laser engineering, I had a reasonable understanding of the system’s inner workings and had made several requests, but the engineers here in Japan had consistently said it couldn’t be done.
It really shows—the headquarters staff at Sciton are on another level.
