I managed to catch a blue Squawkabilly, a Pokémon found only in the Western Hemisphere.
To celebrate the United States’ 250th anniversary, many of them are appearing in special commemorative versions.
It was a fun reminder that even in a game, local culture and history can become part of the experience.
