一昨年享年103で亡くなった祖母。
新型コロナウイルスでは家族との対面が出来ない。
致死率は100％ですので、人が死ぬのは仕方がないと思いますが、こうした感染症で亡くなる事の最も辛い点は、十分にグリーフケアが出来ないところかも知れませんね。

今日はクリニックFの診療日です。
明日からのお盆休みを控えて、クリニックは大忙しです。
19日から外来再開いたします。
先だってより作成していた身体を守るディフェンシブ サプリメントが完成しました。
1日に必要な12種類のビタミン。
特筆すべきは2000mgの桁外れのビタミンC配合。
女性に必要な亜鉛やヘム鉄、ピクノジェノール。痩身効果のあるαリポ酸などを配合したもので、レシピは薬学博士でもある僕が作りました。
身体の中の細胞の酸化が老化であり、核酸(DNA RNA)の酸化が癌化であると言えますが、これらの活性酸素の初動であるスーパーオキシドを破壊する酵素(SOD)は35歳をピークに低減してしまいます。
これが癌化や老化、更には疲れの元となるのです。
ドラッグデリバリーの血中濃度逓減率を考えると理論的には一回3錠を飲めば、それから3-4時間の間、身体の酸化が抑えられます。
お菓子の様に1日5回ぐらいに分けて飲んで頂けると理想的ですね。

1つは痛みと麻酔についての国際誌、もう一つは薬剤導入傷害や代謝傷害による酸化ストレス障害についての専門誌です。
過去、薬学とレーザーがリンクした論文があまりなく、そういった意味でも注目されているのは嬉しい限りですね。
明日は京都の製薬企業での招待講演を頼まれており、朝から京都に向かう予定です。

2018年ASLMS米国レーザー医学会。
フラクショナルレーザーアシストによるドラッグデリバリーの口演無事に終わりました。
e-poster で出した演題の中で、数名が選ばれて口演するという発表枠。
座長のエミル・タンゲッティ医師は、短い時間に要領よくプレゼンを話し切るトレーニングだと思って欲しい、と。
今年初めてこういう形式が出来ましたのでちょっと躊躇しましたが、なんとかやり終えました。
英語の口演は慣れてるのでうまく話は伝えられているとは思いますが、早口で話すと、どうしても日本人っぽい発音になってしまいます。
今後の課題だなあ。
でも日本で生まれ育ったのだから仕方ないですよね。
