クリアウォーターベイのクラブハウスもなかなか素敵でした。

近辺は風も強く、ウインドサーフィンも盛んでした。

僕もキャップと長袖のゴルフウエアを購入。

The clubhouse at Clearwater Bay was really nice as well.
The surrounding area was quite windy, and windsurfing was very popular there.
I also bought a cap and a long-sleeve golf shirt.

クリアウォーターベイの名物半島ホール。青ティーからは風も強く岸壁剥き出しのプレッシャーでした。

今回は海外に持っていく荷物を最低限にしたかったので、クラブは6本だけ持って行きました。

ドライバー、スプーン、可変式Qゴルフ、52度と56度のウェッジ、パターのみ。荷物も軽かった。

距離が合わなくて苦労したホールもありましたが、アイアンに相当する番手はQクラブで、まあ対応出来ることがわかりました。

ボールを4つ無くして、スコアは90。またリベンジに来ます！

From the blue tees, the wind was strong and the exposed cliff face added a lot of pressure.
This time, since I wanted to keep my luggage to a minimum for the overseas trip, I only brought six clubs: a driver, a 3-wood, an adjustable Q-club, 52° and 56° wedges, and a putter. My bag felt really light.

There were some holes where I struggled because the distances didn’t quite match, but I found that the Q-club worked well enough to cover the iron distances. I lost four balls and shot a 90.
I’ll be back for revenge!

会員権が1億円を超えるという、アジア最高のゴルフクラブですが、聞きしに勝る美しさ。

戦略性高いペニンシュラのホール。緑の海、遠景には多くの島、回ったメンバー、全てが最高でした。

I visited the Clearwater Bay Golf & Country Club in Hong Kong, often called the “Pebble Beach of Asia.” It’s said that a membership here costs over 100 million yen—one of the most exclusive clubs in Asia—but its beauty surpasses even the rumors. The peninsula layout offers highly strategic holes, surrounded by a sea of green and distant islands. The course, the scenery, and the company I played with—everything was simply perfect.
